This is a fully remote position working in QuickBooks Online as a Corporate Bookkeeping staff, you will be reporting directly to a Senior Associate or US Account Manager assisting them with the maintenance of corporate financial records in QBO for various property management companies daily. You will be responsible for documenting and keeping track of all transactions in a detailed manner with supporting documentation and memo explanations.
Key Tasks:
- Creating reconciliation schedules
- Reconciling bank and credit card statements
- Clearing all monthly transactions
- Posting adjusting Journal entries
- Managing Chart of Accounts
- Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet reporting and analysis.
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate of Accountancy
- 2+ years QuickBooks Online software experience (QBO Pro-advisor a plus)
- Experience in the Property Management Industry is a plus
- Excellent problem solving capability &attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and team spirit.
- Strong & stable 15-20 Mbps internet connection
- Desire to become an expert in QBO and property management
